La Huertecilla is in La Sorrueda, a quiet hamlet next to the reservoir of the same name, surrounded by palm trees and with views of the Tirajana mountains.
The house has two floors. Downstairs there is a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a bathroom. Upstairs, in the attic, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom and a reading corner with a sofa bed.
Outside, everything is just for you: a pool open all year round, a sun terrace with loungers, a covered patio and a gas barbecue. The perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset.
